These Terms of Use govern access to UniSeek websites, applications, portals, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use UniSeek for an institution, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

UniSeek is an education discovery and institutional information platform. It helps users explore and compare universities, programmes, scholarships, and related opportunities, and enables authorized university representatives to manage institutional information. UniSeek is not a university, admissions committee, immigration authority, or scholarship awarding body.

You must provide accurate and current information, keep sign-in credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where applicable law provides otherwise. You may not impersonate another person or institution, create misleading accounts, or transfer access without authorization.

Students are responsible for checking official institution and government sources before making education, financial, immigration, or travel decisions. When you use a feature that sends an enquiry or records interest in an institution, you authorize UniSeek to process and share the information shown for that purpose as described in the Privacy Policy.

University representatives must have authority to claim or manage an institution, keep institutional, programme, scholarship, contact, and billing information accurate, and use student information only for legitimate education-related purposes. Account activation or verification does not imply endorsement, accreditation, or regulatory approval by UniSeek.

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, deceptively, or to harm another person;
• submit fraudulent records, false claims, spam, or malicious content;
• probe, bypass, or disrupt security, access controls, or rate limits;
• scrape, copy, or automate access except with written permission; or
• reverse engineer or misuse UniSeek software, data, or infrastructure.

UniSeek owns or licenses the platform software, design, and UniSeek brand. Universities, users, and other rights holders retain ownership of content and marks they provide. By submitting content, you give UniSeek a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, format, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide that content.

Education information can change, and some content comes from institutions or public sources. We work to keep information useful but cannot promise that all listings are complete or current. Links to university, payment, authentication, or other third-party services are governed by those providers' own terms and policies.

Search results, comparisons, recommendations, and eligibility indicators are informational. UniSeek does not guarantee admission, an offer, scholarship, visa, employment, ranking, response from an institution, or any other outcome. The relevant institution or authority makes each final decision.

Paid institutional features, where offered, are subject to the plan, price, billing period, and additional terms shown when purchased. Billing records may be retained as required for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, even after an account is closed; personal details will be minimized or anonymized where appropriate.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected abuse, address non-payment, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue. Account deletion is subject to the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but the service may sometimes be interrupted, changed, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, UniSeek is not responsible for decisions made by institutions, authorities, or third-party providers, or for indirect losses arising from reliance on third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be identified by a revised date and, where appropriate, an in-product or email notice. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
