Tracing its heritage back to 1870 as the School of Mines Ballarat, Federation University Australia (FedUni) is one of the nation's oldest and most respected public dual-sector higher education providers. Combining world-class higher education undergraduate, postgraduate, and research degrees with accredited Federation TAFE vocational qualifications, Federation University is renowned across Australia for its transformative co-operative education model, smaller class sizes, and top rankings in graduate employment and starting salaries. Operating major regional campuses in Ballarat (Mount Helen, Camp Street, SMB, Gillies Street), Gippsland (Churchill), and the Wimmera (Horsham), alongside a contemporary metropolitan campus in Berwick (Melbourne) and an urban centre on Bourke Street, Federation University provides students with access to state-of-the-art simulation laboratories, industry-partnered technology parks (including IBM and Concentrix), and regional post-study work visa rights.
